At Dragonfly tuition Ltd we appreciate that sometimes life happens and lessons may have to be cancelled or rearranged. With this in mind our cancellation policy ensures that parents have a reasonable degree of flexibility, but our tutors are also protected against last minute change-of-plans.

To ensure all costs and time allocated are considered, cancellation fees apply in the following way:

• More than 48 hours notice - no charge, best efforts made to reschedule

• Between 48-24 hours notice - 50% cost of session charged

• Less than 24 hours notice - 100% cost of session charged

• 1 month notice period if you wish to withdraw from tuition

Each tutor can consider any specific circumstances and decide whether cancellation fees should be applied. If there is a dispute about cancellation charges then a complaint can be raised with the executive Director and efforts will be made to resolve the issue.
